We Help Market the Hammond Bay Trading Post Using DNR License Wallets

The Hammond Bay Trading Post sits directly on U.S. 23 in Millersburg, Michigan about halfway between Cheboygan and Rogers City. It’s a big part of the local community, a real convenience for vacationers, and a must-stop for sportsmen.

The Trading Post sells hunting and fishing supplies, and most importantly, licenses from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources.  These are placed in a wallet-type envelope, ideally sized to stick in the front pocket of a shirt.

Since these envelopes are always with the hunter or fisherman, we thought it would be a great idea to use them for advertising, so, we designed the envelope to feature the store information on one side, and their abbreviated pizza menu on the reverse side.

When you’re Up North hunting and fishing, it’s good to have directions to a store with hot pizza and cold beer close at hand.
